Recreational Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY - Recreational Program

The refund policy of the SNOQUALMIE VALLEY YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION RECREATIONAL PROGRAM is to issue registration refunds under the following scenarios: 

100% Refund:

  • Parents/guardians decide to cancel player registration during the open Registration period (April-May).
  • U6 - U11: No team is able to be formed in the Club area selected, and the player's parents/guardians choose not to have their player play in another Club within SnVYSA.
  • U12 - U19: No team is able to be formed in the Club area selected OR neighboring Club in SnVYSA and the player's parents/guardians choose not to have their player play in another Club within SnVYSA.
  • Player leaves a team due to injury (or extended medical suspension) prior to Sept 1st.

50% Refund:

  • Parent/guardian decides to cancel player registration after Open registration period and before Fall Season begins (June thru August).
  • Player leaves a team due to injury (or extended medical suspension) post the start of the Fall season, and before the 5th week of play.

No Refund:

  • Parent/guardian decides to cancel player registration after Fall season begins (not due to injury).
  • Player leaves a team due to injury after the 5th week of Fall season play.

Request A Refund:

  • Submit your refund request to your Club Rep for approval. Once approved, you should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days.
