PTT is a required practice for all players aged U9 – U15, giving all players 3 practices a week. PTT is designed to give a high repetition of techniques in apposed and unopposed situations, developing players to become sharper with the ball at their feet, with an overall goal of having techniques transfer into competitive weekend games and allowing athletes to affect the more. The PTT curriculum aligns directly with the CFC playing philosophy, playing style and game model, please see the list of session themes below.
Cascade players, U9 – U15
Instructed by Cascade FC(CFC) USSF licensed coaching staff and follow the CFC training methodology.
If your team trains Tues/Thurs, your PTT session is offered Wednesday PTT only.
If your team trains Mon/Weds, your PTT session is offered Tuesday PTT only.

October 5 & 6: 1v1 Attacking – Ball Mastery & Skill Moves (No Tuesday or Wednesday PTT for teams training at CKMS)
October 12 & 13: 1v1 Attacking – Running with the Ball (No Tuesday PTT for teams training at CKMS)
October 19 & 20: 1v1 Attacking – Beating a defending to Pass/ Dribble or Shoot
October 26 & 27: Passing – Weight and accuracy of pass
November 2 & 3: Passing – Passing to Possess
November 9 & 10: Passing – Long Distance Passing
November 16 & 17: First Touch – Prepare/Penetrate or Protect
November 23 & 24: NO PTT – Off for Thanksgiving
November 30 & December 1: First Touch – First Touch to Turn
December 7 & 8: First Touch – Aerial Control
