The name of this corporation is Snoqualmie Valley Youth Soccer Association, hereinafter referred to as SnVYSA, a nonprofit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Washington.
This corporation was formed and registered with the State of Washington on July 14, 1997 and amended with the State of Washington on August 28, 1998.
This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

As an association member of Washington Youth Soccer, SnVYSA acknowledges that the United States Soccer Federation (hereinafter USSF) articles of incorporation, bylaws, policies, and requirements take precedence over and supersede any contrary provision in the governing documents and decisions of SnVYSA to the extent allowed under applicable Washington state law.

The SnVYSA Weather policies and procedures define the rules and requirements for protecting the health and well-being of all participant's: players, coaches, team staff, referees, and other volunteers.
SnVYSA reserves the right to cancel all association outdoor activities, to include but not be limited to, soccer practices, matches, tournaments, events, and training when the SnVYSA Board of Directors, at its sole discretion, believes conditions to be detrimental to its participants.
Environmental conditions can significantly impact player health and safety. Extreme temperatures, severe weather and the integrity of the playing field and its equipment all have an impact on a players’ ability to practice and compete safely and SnVYSA takes this very seriously.
SnVYSA follows the United States Soccer Federations (USSF) Recognize to Recover program to manage environmental conditions that may impact the safety of all its participants.
USSF's Recognize to Recover program gives players, parents, coaches and referees information and guidelines to make sure the desire to play does not cloud the decision-making process when it comes to evaluating environmental conditions to ensure the safety of those on the field.
