Club Protocol

•    Post protocol and maps on website.
•    Distribute protocol via email,
•    Instruct coaches and team managers to communicate these protocols to CFC families.
•    Have an effective communication plan in place, and identify strategies for working with public health to notify coaches, players, and team families if the CFC learns a player or coach has developed COVID-19 and may have been infectious to others while at a team practice, while maintaining confidentiality.
•    Utilize small group sessions and maintain the same group of players. This helps with contact tracing and limits exposure.
•    Have a written action plan in place, in case of a positive test. If a person is diagnosed with COVID-19, the entire practice group must return to self-isolation until symptom-free for 14 days.
•    In case of a positive test, distribute written action plan to SnVYSA VP of development, club directors, coaches, managers, and parents, electronically or otherwise.
•    Be prepared to shut down and stop operations. Develop and communicate plans for temporary cancellation of practices, and an alternate form of training during the shutdown.
•    Provide adequate field space for a minimum six feet of social distancing per player.
•    Work with city and school district to ensure proper restroom sterilization practices.
